Sanvedana - Appeal for Diwali Celebration
Dear Friends,
Wish you a very happy Diwali in advance!
Your support and enthusiasm throughout the past three years has always encouraged us. And this continuing support has enabled us to plan bigger for Diwali celebrations this year.
So far we have been distributing sweets to all the kids from various projects, for Diwali. This year we are giving new clothes to all the 150+ kids from our HGSC Street Children project and Ekalavya Project. All these kids are already getting benefited by your kind donations throughout the year.
Your donations are always important and are key to the education, healthy food and timely medical attention that all these kids get.
Our average estimates per kid is Rs. 350/- and overall budget is Rs. 50-55,000/-. We would like to appeal all of you to come forward and help us bring that glowing smile on to those 150+ faces.
We would also like to have some of you or your family to present while we distribute these clothes to these kids around Diwali time. Please get back to us if you would like to be there with us for this.

Dear All,
We got donation confirmation for some of you and as of now we have received donation/commitment of Rs. 35,100/-. We are still short of Rs.15,000 to 20,000 for buying new cloths before Diwali. We are already in touch with 3-4 bulk suppliers for this and we are negotiating rates so that we can get better quality in the same amount. We request few more donors to come forward and make donations for this charitable work. If you need any assistance or have any query please contact sanjay (sanjay@sanvedana.org)
For toys you can contact Snehal (snehal@sanvedana.org), Abhishek (abhishek@kenati.com) or myself at sanjay@sanvedana.org. All collected toys will be distributed in various projects including kids from Kasturba Gandhi National Memorial Trust, Saswad, HGSC Pune and Ekalavya Nyasa.
